The College for Australian Early Childhood Educators (CAECE) is an exceptional training and support to early childhood educators. CAECE is a charity, owned and operated by our ECEC Peak Body, ACA Qld therefore members, who is a not for profit making a real point of difference in driving quality outcomes. Their trainers and assessors are knowledgeable and approachable and get to know the best way to support the educators. They regularly visit our students and are always available when we need them and if our team need extra support or more frequent visits they endeavour to make that happen. Thank you!

The College for Australian Early Childhood Educators (CAECE) is a Not for Profit, proprietary limited company that is owned and operated by Australian Childcare Alliance Queensland (ACA Queensland).  It has been established to deliver high quality, practical and up to date training to the private long day care sector throughout Australia.

CAECE is industry led and developed. We always incorporate the latest industry developments into our programs, and our links with ACA Queensland mean that we are kept up to date with changes in government regulation and best practice. Our unique insight into the early childhood education and care sector means that we can focus on aspects of education and care not available through other training providers.

Our trainers and assessors have extensive industry experience. CAECE prides itself on the excellence of its trainers. All of our trainers have extensive experience in both the early childhood and training sectors. They believe in hands-on education and make sure that there is a balance between theory and practical assessments.

We offer individual support. Each trainer works with a capped number of students to ensure that every student, trainee or apprentice receives the highest standards and quality of teaching and support. This allows our trainers to tailor the training to the individual needs of the students. Implementing this cap also allows us to provide the appropriate assistance to the supervisors overseeing students in the workplace.

Our centres have been using CAECE for many years and we have found it to be a professional training organisation that supports and encourages our team members throughout their studies.

CAECE is in touch with current industry developments and the varied programs on offer are both rigorous and relevant; meaning our students are receiving higher level training, so we know they will be effective educators and knowledgable early childhood professionals.

The trainers that CAECE have on board are experienced, understanding and encouraging. They guide the students through the course with consistent on site visits and support, having a hands on approach that ensures there is a balance between theoretical and practical concepts.

We have always found the organisation to be responsive, approachable and efficient when enrolling students and give additional support to specific students when needed. They have set the benchmark high for ECEC training and we would never use anyone else.
